Just a quick note to let you know that we are now up and running on the Stock Website, we also now have a link to our "Blog" as well on this site. I am proposing to add a "Members Profile" as well. So hopefully by the end of March we will all be featuring our "profiles".
The Editor of the Stock Website has very kindly asked if any of us would like to advertise their business on the site, so ladies, start sending me your "copy" "free advertsing" does not get offered very often.

Brief on our February meeting

Hi Ladies,

Just a few notes about our Feb meeting. I hope everyone enjoyed Julie Foster's, Compass Lifecoach, talk as much as I did. I found it really made me think about my idea's, and my actions that follow on from those idea's. It is hard to remain confident and positive about our new business'es all the time and as Julie points out "negative thoughts" get "negative results", so ladies always try and keep "positive" and if you feel that your confidence is slipping then go and talk to someone who can give you a confidence boost or call on one of your fellow WiRE members and have a talk with them. We are all here for each other so let's keep supporting!!
Melanie and Caroline are "neck and neck" in the "Have i done it yet" list with Debbie following close behind.
The Feb meeting was held for the first time in the Stock Village Hall, which I think worked well for our meeting. It has very good facilities and at one point we all ended up in the kitchen, it must have been the pull of those biscuits!!
Don't forget ladies the next meeting is on Monday 10th March at 7.30pm when our speaker will be Alison Mansfield a Qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer speaking on Fitness and it's effect on our health.

My "first" on my own addition to our Blog

Well Good afternoon Ladies,

This is my first entry on my own, Caroline supervised my initial entry. Well where do I start! The first meeting of the new year went very well, there were 12 of us in all. It was nice to see some familiar faces and some "new" ones. It was good to agree some guidelines for our meetings so hopefully we can now all discuss and learn more from them. We have some great "Speakers" lined up for this year, they will all be listed on The WiRE Meeting Dates and other interesting dates. Caroline will be coming along to our meetings and will be showing all you Ladies, if you don't already know, how to get onto our Blog and add some comments. Once again thank you Caroline for your great offer to help us put this Blog together. I look forward to seeing you all at our February meeting. It's on Monday 11th at 7.30pm in the Stock Village Hall, Stock Road, Stock.
